FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (hereinafter referred to as "FinnHEMS", "Company" or "Customer") needs helicopter pilot service for the bases it operates in Finland. On the basis of this contract notice, a framework contract is concluded with the service providers for the provision of pilot service. The purpose of the service is to strengthen the company's ability to react, due to the limited number of its own pilot resources, to the intermittent pilot shortage. The service to be procured can also be used for training. The procurement will be carried out as a reverse tendering process, in which FinnHEMS has defined the compensation to be paid for the service.

H145 pilot service is procured. The acquisition does not constitute an exclusive right for the tenderer and does not include an obligation to purchase a quantity.
