Description:

Design and construction of the sanitary sewage system network in Skierniewice - Part I-II

The subject of the contract is: Design and construction of a sanitary sewage network in Skierniewice - divided into Parts I-II:

Part I: "Design and construction of the sanitary sewage system in Kwiatowa street in Skierniewice",

Part II: "Design and construction of the sanitary sewage network in Nowobielańska St. in Skierniewice."

Design and construction of the sanitary sewage network in Kwiatowa street in Skierniewice

Part I:

"Design and construction of the sanitary sewage network in Kwiatowa Street in Skierniewice", with a total estimated length of about 350.0 m, including:

- development of Contractor's Documents in accordance with the requirements of PFU,

- construction of a sanitary channel made of DN200 mm SN8 "solid" PVC pipes with elongated bellows, connected with rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with an estimated length of about 290 m,

- construction of departures to the property limits in an estimated amount of about 15 pcs. Of DN160 mm SN8 PVC pipes with elongated bellows connected with rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with an estimated total length of about 60.0 m,

- restoration of the road surface - in accordance with the Technical Conditions of restoration of the road mark DK.7010.1.28.2017 of 31.5.2017 issued by the Road Administrator and the requirements of the Employer contained in PFU.

The Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract for Part I provides:

Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference - Functional and Utility Program (PFU) titled "Design and construction of sanitary sewage system in ul. Prosta, Wąska, Równoległa, Irysowa, Kwiatowa, Zadębie (extensions) and Nowobielańska "as part of the project:" Water and wastewater management in the city of Skierniewice - stage II ", developed by Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji ,, Wod-Kan" Sp. z o. o., date of preparation: January 2018 update, with attachments to the PFU information part.

The Contractor shall make the Subject of the Order using own materials, with the exception of Dn 600 mm manhole covers with the ZWiK "Wod-Kan" logo, which will be provided by the Employer and which the Contractor shall collect from the seat of the Employer.

Part I of the subject of the contract is part of the project: "Organizing water and sewage management in the city of Skierniewice - stage II" co-financed by the European Union under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Program for 2014-2020.

When making the selection of the most advantageous offer, the contracting authority will apply the following criteria:

a) criterion ,, gross price of the offer ”(C) - weight 60%

b) criterion "warranty period" (Og) - weight 40%

Warning:

The awarding entity shall specify:

- minimum guarantee period: 36 months, maximum period: 60 months.

Part II: "Design and construction of the sanitary sewer network in Nowobielańska St. in Skierniewice", with a total estimated length of about 300.0 m, including:

- development of Contractor's Documents in accordance with the requirements of PFU,

- construction of a sanitary channel made of DN200 mm SN8 "solid" PVC pipes with elongated bellows, connected with rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring, estimated length about 230 m,

- construction of departures to the property limits in an estimated amount of about 11 pcs. Of DN160 mm SN8 PVC pipes with elongated bellows connected to rubber gaskets with a stabilizing ring with an estimated total length of about 70.0 m,

The Detailed Description of the Object of the Contract for Part II provides:
