The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of all municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste collection system in the Bobrowo Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Bobrowo Commune, delivery and setting of containers on the property and running a mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 of municipal waste indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract from property owners from the Bobrowo Commune along with the collection of waste collected in PSZOK in 2024, excluding municipal waste generated at cemeteries, in a manner consistent with the regulations:

- the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) and regulations to the Act,

- the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended) and regulations to the Act,

- Plan for waste management of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for the period 2023-2028, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017,

- rules of procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of Bobrowo Municipality,

- other legal regulations concerning municipal waste management.
