The assignment includes the collection and transport of glass and bottles collected in Vejle Municipality.

Most of the materials are glass and bottles from households.

The assignment includes emptying cubes for glass and bottles as well as transporting glass and bottles for treatment plants. The materials are collected from approx. 220 glass cubes set up in Vejle Municipality. The cubes are mainly located in and around the cities of Børkop, Egtved, Give, Jelling and Vejle as well as at the recycling site in Egtved.

The assignment includes the services associated with emptying cubes into glass and bottles, including subsequent transport to treatment plants.

In Vejle Municipality, glass and bottles are collected from approx. 220 pcs. 1.8 m3 cubes placed on approx. 200 addresses around the municipality, including the recycling site in Egtved. Most of the glass cubes are located at malls, assembly houses, housing associations, beaches / marinas and other public places.

In some places, the glass cube may be replaced by a buried container and must be emptied in the same way as the glass cube. A buried container will have a volume of approx. 3-5 m3.

The collected glass and bottles from the cube collection must be transported to the receiving facility Reiling Glasrecycling Danmark ApS, Vamdrup.

Transport and unloading of glass and bottles must take place, following instructions on the receiving plant and within the normal opening hours of the plant.
