Pickering and Ferens Homes are looking to procure coverage for its insurance requirements. The process is being run under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation procedure and will consist of two stages. The initial stage will require potential bidders to submit their proposals by completing the Selection Questionnaire and bidders will then be selected utilising the award criteria included within the SQ and tender documentation. The top 3 placed bidders will be selected to move to the next stage and the content matter of the Lots agreed by negotation.

This Contract Notice (CN) is to notify the market that the Contracting Authority plans to commence the procurement of its insurance requirements utilising the competitive dialogue process with negotiation. The accelerated Notice has been used due to the close proximity of the renewal date. The following timescales are anticipated:

— 10.12.2017: release of Contract Notice,

— 28.12.2017: receipt of Requests to Participate and selection of at least 3 bidders to move to ITN stage,

— 30.12.2018: release of Final Tenders to shortlisted Bidders,

— 31.1.2018: selection of Preferred bidder(s),

— 1.2.2018: start of Alcatel,

— 11.2.2018: Contract Award,

— 1.4.2018: Contract Start Date.
