Development of a media plan as part of the 2021 public consultation. This contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement, concluded with a single economic operator, in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public order code. The services will be the subject of order forms in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162.13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It is concluded without minimum or maximum. The estimated amount (without contractual value) is 260,000.00 excluding tax (excluding agent remuneration costs). Purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the framework agreement. However, the duration of execution of the order forms cannot exceed three months beyond the contractual term of the framework agreement.
