The subject of the contract consists of: "Collection and transport of municipal waste from the chojnów Commune. A detailed description is given in Annex 9 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority guarantees the contractor the collection of 60% of the total weight of the waste. A detailed description is given in the OPZ annexed to the SWZ. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: supplying real estate with containers and bags, collecting and transporting municipal waste from the owners of inhabited real estate and real estate on which there are summer houses or used only for part of the year for recreational and leisure purposes and PSZOK from the Chojnów Commune.
