The contracting authority allows partial bids.

This order is divided into two parts:

— Part I — supply of electrical materials — specialised light sources,

— Part II — supply of electrical materials — standard light sources.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that each of the Contractors taking part in the proceedings may submit an offer in respect of all parts of the procedure.

1. In the implementation of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and provide the Ordering Party for remuneration (supply) electrical materials — specialised light sources whose type and maximum quantities are specified in Annex No 2 to the Terms Specification Orders available at: www.kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl.

2. Terms of delivery

1) Electrical materials — specialised light sources shall be supplied by the Contractor on orders of the Contracting Authority, successively, in batches, during the duration of the contract in a maximum of 30 batches;

2) the quantity and type of electrical materials — specialised light sources to be delivered in one batch depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be determined in a written order;

3. Orders for the delivery of electrical materials — specialised light sources shall be placed and communicated to the Contractor by email;

4. The Contractor undertakes to supply electrical materials — specialised light sources listed in Annex 2 to SWZ within 14 days from the date of the transfer of the order to the Contractor;

5) the preparation of the contracted delivery of electrical materials — specialty light sources, the Contractor shall be obliged to notify the Ordering Party by telephone or e-mail no later than 1 day before the required delivery date;

6) Delivery place — Warehouse of Salt Mine “Wieliczka” S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.

7) delivery times to the Wieliczka Salt Mine are set on business days from Monday to Friday between 7.00-13.00;

8) The Contractor is obliged to supply electrical materials — specialised light sources at his expense and at his own right;

9) with the supply of electrical materials — specialised light sources the Contractor shall provide:

(a) warranty documents;

(b) CE certificates of acceptance;

c) proof of release of the product outside the WZ or a VAT invoice.

3. The Contractor is obliged to grant the Contracting Authority a guarantee on supplied electrical materials — specialised light sources for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the individual batch to the Contracting Authority.

4. The Contractor undertakes to supply electrical materials — standard light sources listed in Annex 4 to the SWZ within 14 days from the date of transfer of the order to the Contractor.

5) The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party by telephone or e-mail no later than 1 day before the required delivery date.

6) Delivery place — Warehouse of Salt Mine “Wieliczka” S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.

7) Delivery hours to the Wieliczka Salt Mine shall be fixed on working days from Monday to Friday at 7.00 to 13.00.

8) The Contractor is obliged to provide electrical materials — standard light sources at his expense and at his own right.

9) With the supply of electrical materials — standard light sources, the Contractor shall provide:

(a) warranty documents;

(b) CE certificate of acceptance;

c) proof of release of the product outside the WZ or a VAT invoice.

3. The Contractor is obliged to grant the Contracting Authority a guarantee on supplied electrical materials — standard light sources for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the individual batch to the Contracting Authority.
