Description:
Purchase of ambulances meeting the requirements of the PN:EN 1789 standard – Medical vehicles and their equipment – 2 road ambulances type C for Rescue Teams Medycznego_II

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 factory new type C ambulances together with equipment for the needs of the Medical Rescue Team. Detailed description of the item of the order is included in Parts III SWZ - OPZ - Table of minimum technical requirements - service ambulances -

1. The offered object of the contract must have documents admitting it to road traffic within the Polish Republic, enabling its registration and operation immediately after receipt by the Contracting Authority in accordance with applicable law, i.e.:

1) comply with the requirements of current standards PN-EN 1789+A2 and PN-EN 1865-1+A1 or equivalent standards to the extent relevant to this procedure;

2) have a valid approval (per car with built-in) issued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1a of Chapter 1a of the Road Traffic Law of 20 June 1997 (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021, pos 450, 463);

3) comply with the conditions laid down in the rules concerning the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 2022 as amended);

4) comply with the conditions laid down in the regulations concerning the designation of the State Medical Emergency System in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 17 December 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 2487)

5) comply with the conditions laid down in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 27 September 2003 on detailed activities of bodies in matters related to the admission of the vehicle and the model documents in these matters (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2130)

2. The subject of the order must be unused, not demonstrative, complete and ready for use, and have the equipment and parameters indicated in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall provide a warranty without a kilometers limit for the delivered ambulance, the validity of which will begin from the date of signing the positive vehicle receipt protocol:

1) per base vehicle — for a period of 24 months (fixed value not assessed);

2) for medical development — for a period of not less than 24 months (evaluated value);

3) per paint coating — for a period of not less than 24 months (evaluated value);

4) for bodywork perforation warranty — for a period of not less than 24 months (evaluated value);

5) for medical equipment, e.g. stretcher and transporter, for a period of not less than 24 months (evaluated value),

4. The Contractor shall provide a warranty without a kilometers limit on the air conditioning system for 36 months (fixed value not assessed) from the date of signing the positive receipt protocol.
