1. The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners and other waste from the Municipality of Sanoka in 2022-2023.
1. The subject of the order is:
1) the collection and transport of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,
2) the collection, transport and development of municipal waste collected selectively from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka,
3) the collection, transport and development of biowaste (biodegradable kitchen waste (only vegetable origin) from property owners residing from the Municipality of Sanoka City,
4) reception, transport and development of ashes from property owners residing from the territory of the Municipality of Sanoka City,
5) the collection, transport and development of other non-biodegradable waste from the landlords of property on which residents do not reside and municipal waste from Sanoka Municipality (waste from cemeteries) is created,
2. The Contractor receiving municipal waste is obliged to comply with applicable law and, in particular, the Act of 14 December 2012 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ 2021, item 779 as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as of late), Waste Management Plan for Podkarpathian Voivodeship, Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906), Resolution of Sanoka City Council determining method of handling waste, including the Resolution on the enactment of the “Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Sanoka City.”
