The ICT Agder collaboration; Arendal municipality, Grimstad municipality and Froland municipality shall procure a new professional system for education. Aust-Agder county is also a part of the ICT collaboration, but is not included in this procurement.

A new professional system education covers schools and the before-and-after-school care scheme (SFO). The users will be all employees as well as parents/guardians and pupils. The system shall facilitate the administrative functions for the schools and before-and-after-school care services. Administrative functions mean, for example: Administration of pupils, resource planning, integrations with other systems, registration of presence/absence, invoicing, administration of exams and tests, communication with parents/guardians.
