The work within this scope constitutes the completion of the second phase of construction work on the site.
The site of this 2nd phase must be arranged in accordance with the coordinated layout plan that has been translated into a specification design. In addition, temporary accesses to the houses will be installed and the traffic of the residents will partly take place over the construction site, for which measures and temporary situations are included in the tender documents.
