General description:

The construction site equipment and logistics Museum Island and Museum Courtyards (hereinafter also referred to as BauLog for short) is to be organized and operated for all large and small construction measures on the Museum Island and the museum courtyards in order to ensure the parallel execution of construction measures with simultaneous museum operations.

The tasks of the project depend on the interests of the individual projects. In addition, the interests of the user, the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin/Preußischer Kulturbesitz must also be taken into account.

The construction sites are located in the center of Berlin on the Museum Island and on the so-called Museumshöfe (property between Stadtbahn, Geschwister-Scholl-Straße and the street Am Kupfergraben). Parts of the museum courtyards are left to the BBR for use by the superordinate central construction site equipment.
