The subject of the order is the development of simplified project documentation - the Zycienia Zamość Board. The order is divided into 2 parts, each part is a separate subject of the order, i.e .:

Part I - Development of project documentation for the renovation of the section of the Gorajec River at km 0 + 000-5 + 500 along with the renovation of water facilities, gm. Radecznica, area Zamojski, province Lublin.

Part II - Development of a simplified technical documentation for the repair of existing premium silencing insurance in order to eliminate gaps in the fortifications in the northern part of the right bank of the Nielisz water reservoir.

The subject of the order is the development of project documentation for the renovation of the section of the Gorajec River at km 0 + 000-5 + 500 along with the renovation of water facilities, gm. Radecznica, area Zamojski, province Lublin.

The scope of the contract includes:

- Execution of the Gorajec river inventory on a stretch of 5 500 m, ie in km 0 + 000 - 5 + 500,

- Performing surveying measurements:

1) Geodetic survey - execution of 55 cross-sections in km 0 + 000 - 5 + 500 Gorajec river in scale 1: 100/100 on average every 100 linear meters and in characteristic places and longitudinal Gorajec river profile in km 0 + 000 - 5+ 500, ie 5,500 mb on a scale of 1: 100/1000.

2) Situational and altitude measurement together with the execution of a situational and altitude map for design purposes in the scale 1: 1000 - for the considered section of the Gorajec River in km 0 + 000 - 5 + 500.

- Implementation of a simplified technical design for the renovation of the section of the Gorajec River at km 0 + 000-5 + 500 along with the renovation of water facilities (4 pcs. Concrete steps, 3 pcs. Concrete gates), gm. Radecznica, area Zamojski, woj,

- Preparation of a list of works and an investor's cost estimate,

- Preparation of BIOZ information,

- Development of technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

- Execution of a detailed inventory of trees / shrubs including trees / bushes intended for logging.

The subject of the order is the development of a simplified technical documentation for the repair of existing premium silencing insurance in order to liquidate breaks in the fortifications in the northern part of the right bank of the Nielisz water reservoir.

The scope of the contract includes:

- Performing geodetic measurements of eroded sections of the bank of the reservoir (section) in the range from 196,00 m above sea level to 197,50 m above sea level) - measurement from water and above the water level to the ordinate min. 200.00 m above sea level, the minimum spacing of cross-sections 10 m and in characteristic places,

- Making a simplified technical documentation for the protection of the reservoir edges against abrasion, detailing each section in the range of elevation heights from 196,50 m above sea level to 199.00 m above sea level,

- Preparation of an investment cost estimate and the number of works, with the separation of each section,

- Preparation of technical specifications of performance and acceptance of works: general and detailed,

- Preparation of BIOZ information.
