The purpose of this consultation is to designate a holder within the framework of a design-realization for the construction, on the site of the former Collège Scève, 6-8 rue Thévenet, Lyon 4th, of approximately 107 collective dwellings (38 social rental units and 69 in accession in BRS), a Maison de l'enfance et de la jeunesse (MEJ), 820 m 2 of business premises on the ground floor, and 1,300 m 2 of landscaped spaces open to the public (promenade and gazebo).

The operation will be subject to an insertion clause in the design phase as well as in the implementation phase in certain technical batches (see CCAP annexes).
