The contracts cover all work relating to minor repairs, repairs following the inventory of dwellings and following disasters. The contracts are concluded in accordance with the Public Procurement Code of 1 April 2019. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount per lot (see appendix to the CCAP). The services are divided into 187 lots, determined by trade and subdivided into geographical lots corresponding to the agencies, with the exception of some whose perimeter is that of Partenord Habitat in its entirety. This procedure only concerns Lot 29 - Difficult Access/Rope Access following the termination of the previous contract.
