Helse Vest is going to acquire a new Learning Management System (LMS) which should satisfy Helse Vest requirements for user friendliness, data security, functionality and their technological platform. Helse Vest is looking for a vendor which can be Helse Vest's partner in a long term perspective. Helse Vest want's a request for proposal from vendors on design, functionality and development for a LMS to Helse Vest. First phase of the process would be design and functionality of the solution. Helse Vest will lead this phase in close cooperation with the vendor. In the second phase, the vendor will lead the project and implement the system based upon design and functionality agreed in the first phase.
