According to the generic applications (hereinafter referred to as: software components) specified in the Tender Document and Annexes, the Client requires that the generic applications (hereinafter referred to as: software components) for the support of the testing and examination process have been implemented, available and in production in a timely manner, whereby business continuity is guaranteed, including the associated supporting processes.

To this end, the tenderer will supply software components for the following four (4) software components of the software landscape:

a. Customer Identity Access Management

b. Back-end Component voor het aanmeldproces, (PA: Productadministratie Back-end)

c. Back-end Component for the purchasing planning process (PL: Planner Back-end)

d. Back-end Component voor het resultaatproces (RA: Reporter Back-end)

In concrete terms, this means that on 1 September 2023 the software components a and b will be ready to process the registrations in November 2023, and on 1 October 2023 the software components c and d will be ready to take the tests and show the results from that moment on.

Outside the scope of this tender is the following:

a. Further development of software components covered by the Assignment after delivery;

b. Customer-facing front-end for login, planning and reporting;

c. CRM.
