Tower Hamlets Community Housing are seeking to appoint a service provider who will be required to provide pest control services to include eradication, diagnosis and treatment services across properties owned/managed by THCH. The appointed provider will also be required to undertake minor repairs to assist with the prevention/reduction of future instances of pest occurrences/outbreaks. It is intended that the contract established will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of 24 months. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated annual contract value is c. GBP 50 000 (exc VAT). The level of spend transacted via the resultant contract will be dependent upon the services/works identified/required during the contract term. Procurement for Housing have been appointed by Tower Hamlets Community Housing (‘THCH’) to facilitate this tendering exercise.
