The municipality of Ismaning intends to build a new building for a technical town hall. Due to the increasing need for space due to steadily growing employee numbers, there is an urgent need for action for the expansion of the town hall at Erich-Zeitler-Straße 4.

The underground car park access on the property for the Ismaning indoor swimming pool to the east is to be built over.

The underground car park is to be extended by approx. 16 parking spaces in the course of the construction project.
