,
The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services specified in more detail in the specifications and specifications (Annexes 1 and 2 to the framework agreement) takes place by means of a so-called "open-house procedure". (See Section VI.3 and the cover letter available at the electronic address given in Section I.3).
,
The framework agreement to be concluded includes for each contractor individually those service areas described in more detail in the service description and specifications (Appendices 1 and 2 to the framework contract), for which the admission requirements were proven with the application for approval.
,
Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.
,
The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2025 and can be extended once by 1 year. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open-house procedure.
