In addition, three noise barriers will be installed.

The supplier's participation costs

Costs incurred by the supplier in connection with the preparation, submission, or follow-up of a request to participate, the tender or the procurement process in general will not be reimbursed.

Participation is in no way binding on the contracting authority to enter into a contract with the supplier, nor does it bind the contracting authority in economic obligation.
