2.2. The subject of the contract are: STAPLERS – described in detail in Annex 3 to the Terms of Reference.

2.3. As part of the subject of the contract and at its price, the Contractor will be obliged to:

- Ensure the deposit of products for the duration of the contract in accordance with Annex 3

- Provision of surgical instruments for the duration of the contract (if required).

- Staff training in the corresponding scope of the order

The offered products must absolutely meet the parameters specified for each of them by the Ordering Party.

2.4. The Contractor is obliged to secure deliveries at his own expense and bears full responsibility for this until they are collected by the Ordering Party. The contractor is responsible for the choice of the means of transport, as well as for the proper packaging of goods, giving protection against weather factors, damage, etc.

2.5. The offered products must be allowed to be marketed and used on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the law.
