The purpose of this tender process is to put in place a contract for the Design, Production and Supply of National Lottery Point of Sale (Scratch Card) Dispensers and associated products and services. The identified supplier will be required to provide the Design, Production and Supply of National Lottery Point of Sale (Scratch Card) Dispensers and associated products and services as detailed in this procurement.

Over the lifetime of the contract product modifications may be required and/or additional products and associated products and services may be sought from the supplier, requirements will be in response to changes and needs in the Retail Market over the contract duration.

Please note that it is the intention of the National Lottery to hold a separate competition for the storage and installation of National Lottery Point of Sale (Scratch Cards) Dispensers and associated products.
