The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of nursery management (Wanda Forest Nursery), hunting and fire-fighting, to be carried out in the Przedborów Forest District in 2023.

The procedure shall be conducted under unlimited invitation to tender pursuant to Art.129 (1point 1) in Article 129 (2) and Art.132-139 of the Act of 11.09.2019 Public Procurement Law and Implementing Acts to the PZP. The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or exceeding Union thresholds.

The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the SWZ for this Package. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works from nursery, hunting and fire management resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2. The material ranges are estimates.
