Long-term support service for the operation of SpW of marine technology in the area of engines and generator sets in the years 2023-2025

TASK NO. 1:

The subject of the contract is servicing engines and generator sets manufactured by MTU, in the years 2023-2025.

TASK NO. 2:

The subject of the contract are current repairs of engines and generator sets together with elements of automation production MTU and Detroit Diesel, in the years 2023-2025.

The scope of the contract provided for in 2024 will be implemented provided that in December 2023 the Contracting Authority receives confirmation from the administrator of second-level budget funds that in the financial year 2024 it will receive funds for the provision of the service in 2024. After receiving confirmation of the disposal of the funds referred to above, the Contracting Authority shall immediately notify the Contractor (in writing, by e-mail or fax) about the need to implement the scope of the contract to be implemented in 2024. The scope of the contract to be implemented in 2025 will be implemented provided that in December 2024 the Contracting Authority receives confirmation from the administrator of second-level budget funds that in the financial year 2025 it will receive funds for the provision of the service in 2025. After receiving confirmation of having the funds referred to above, the Contracting Authority shall immediately notify the Contractor (in writing, by e-mail or fax) of the need to perform the scope of the contract to be implemented in 2025.
