Building cleaning; locking system.

The listed East School is located on the property at Karl - Liebknecht Straße 56 in Gera. This will be extensively renovated and rebuilt.

At the same time, a 1.5-fold sports hall is being rebuilt. Building cleaning work must be carried out for this new building.

The following rough quantities should be carried out:

— 1 525 sq. m.

— 1 rubble container construction waste,

— 1 rubble container wood,

— 1 rubble container plastics,

— 1 525 sqm building cleaning,

— 650 sqm cleaning post latch façade glass façade, outside and inside, outside with lift climber.

The listed Eastern School is located on the Karl — Liebknecht Straße 56 property in Gera. This is being extensively renovated and rebuilt. A sports hall is being rebuilt on the same property.

In this context, a new locking system will be installed for both buildings.

The following rough quantities should be carried out:

— electronic locking system with 9 electronic cylinders,

— 1 locking systems management program, including, install and set up,

— 1 handheld programmer,

— mechanical locking system with 160 mechanical cylinders, of which 80 are handled,

— 70 pieces single keys,

— 80 group and master keys,

— 8 Pcs master master keys
