(c) implementation stage:
-organising a warehouse on the construction site,

3. Due to the constant technological development of PV installations, the Ordering Party permits the power of a single photovoltaic module minimum of 340 W and greater. Photovoltaic modules with any capacity permitted on the Polish market are allowed.
Minimum power of a single installation:
Installation min. 2.1 kW — 0 pcs
Installation min. 2.4 kW — 0 pcs.
Installation of min 3.0 kW — 185 pcs
In the absence of physical ability to achieve the minimum power of the installation, the Ordering Party will be allowed to increase the power of the
The actual final power of a single installation will result from the panels selected by the Contractor. The minimum power of a single plant resulting from the calculation of the quantity of panels for the power offered by the contractor shall be assumed, with the minimum power of single installations to be 2.1 kW, 2 respectively
kW and 3.0 kW. The tenderer, when calculating the power of the plant, will have to assume the power resulting from the conversion of the power of the panels to a full panel beyond the minimum power.
For example (methodology for calculating power on several power types):
340 W (panel power) x 9 panel pieces = 3060 W = 3.06 kW,
380 W (panel power x 8 panel pieces = 3040 W = 3.04 kW,
400 W (panel power) x 8 panel pieces = 3200 W = 3.20 kW,
500 W (panel power) x 6 panel pieces = 3000 W = 3.00 kW,
etc.
The Contracting Authority shall consider to satisfy the conditions of participation in the proceedings any single panel power accepted by the tenderer provided that the total power of a single plant meets the minimum power and that the quantity of panels is chosen so as to obtain the required power using the minimum the quantity of panels with the offered power.
4. Equivalence:
1. When describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in paragraph 1 (2) and (3), the contracting authority is obliged to indicate that it permits equivalent solutions to those described, it should be understood that this is accompanied by the words “or equivalent”.
2) Where the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in paragraph 1 (2) and (3), the contracting authority shall not reject the tender only because the works, supplies or services offered are not comply with the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems of technical reference to which the description of the subject of the contract refers, provided that the contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the evidence in question referred to in Articles 104 to 107, that the proposed solutions shall meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent extent.
The remaining description of the item of the order is given IV — Chapter I of the SWZ and Chapter II of the SWZ.
