This procedure concerns the conclusion of four Framework Agreements corresponding to 4 lots, each with a single economic operator, for the performance of engineering services (design, coordination for security and verification of seismic vulnerability) relating to buildings within the competence of the Metropolitan City of Florence described in the lists published on the Start platform. Each competitor may submit a bid for one or more lots, but it is permissible that each bidder and each economic operator in the event of a holding in any aggregate form (RTI's mandates or agents), consortium companies, network enterprise aggregation component, ect..) can win only one lot. If a bidder presents the best bid (that is, he ranks first in the ranking) for more than one Lot, he has the right to choose the Lotto among those for which he was first in the ranking.

The tender-based consideration is €300,000.00 for each single lot net of social security and welfare charges and VAT. Pursuant to art. 26 paragraph 3-bis of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, the service in question, of an intellectual nature, is excluded from the obligations referred to in paragraph 3 of the same. At the same time, security charges are not identified in the service in question. The estimated amount of the works is €3,000,000.00 divided into the following categories.
