2. The Awarding Entity does not allow the submission of variants.
3. The Awarding Entity does not envisage the order referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Act.
4. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
5. The Awarding Entity allows partial bids. A single package is considered to be part of the order. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots of the contract. The offer must be submitted for the entire subject of the order in a given package.
