The City of Orimattila will ask for your offer to carry out the complete project of the orimattila Coeducational School's new building and its yard areas in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached thereto. The city of Orimattila's facility services are responsible for the construction tasks.

The construction site comprises the construction of the New School New Building project. The destination is located in the Mäntylä district of Orimattila at Koulutie 17.

In addition to the new building, the project includes earthworks and yard work in the area. The building will have a crawl space, 3 above-ground floors and an IV engine room on the 4th floor.

Orimattila currently operates a coeducational school for 450 pupils in evasive rooms. The school was previously located in a building completed in the 1970s and demolished by The Client before the start of the new construction project. The new building of the coeducational school is located in connection with Erkko Upper Secondary School. Schools will have common spaces on the new building side, for example, a canteen, as well as facilities for teaching music and visual arts.

Erkko Upper Secondary School will be in its normal operations throughout the project. The contractor must take this into account, for example, when designing the demarcation and walkways of the construction site. The contractor must work closely with the school users and the developer in connection with information and the safe use of the area.

The new building of the coeducational school will be connected to the 1st floor of Erkko Upper Secondary School through a gateway to be built in this project. All the yard areas of the Coeducational School will also be built in the project to the extent planned.
