The community of Villeneuve-d'Ascq has been engaged in an ethical procurement process for several years. As such, she wishes to rely on public order to facilitate access to professional activities for people with disabilities or in great social difficulties. The purpose of the services provided for in this contract shall be:

— the maintenance period of green spaces of any kind of designated sites in the various specific lots;

— additional works and services which are the subject of an order form to the contracting authority.

Lot 1: Natural Areas: Areas concerned: Cassin, Asnapio, Experimental Orchard, Les Moulins Natural Areas — Annual Estimated Amount: 70,000.00 EUR TTC treated at unit prices.

Lot #2: noise cancelling walls and undergrowth noise walls — estimated annual amount: 11,000.00 EUR incl. VAT treated at unit prices.

Lot 3: green plants — estimated annual amount: 6 000.00 EUR incl. VAT treated at flat rates.

Lot 4: mowing — estimated annual amount: EUR 15 000.00 incl. VAT processed at mixed prices (flat rate and unit).
