The purpose of this contract is: to establish an inventory of the SAEIV in use in Île-de-France; to produce a study to consolidate the state of the art in SAEIV; propose, analyze and evaluate technical and organizational scenarios that will enable Île-de-France Mobilités; to define its regional strategy (political, financial, purchasing, technical) in terms of operational assistance systems and passenger information, particularly on the bus, tram and tram / train networks in Île-de-France. France; propose actions to be undertaken in the short term; assist Île-de-France Mobilities with the continuity of service of the SAEIV during the competition of the operators.
