this contract provides for the acquisition of two licenses (QUADRISPACE and solid edge classic) and license maintenance services. As such, the holder undertakes to set up: - a QUADRISPACE license for the benefit of the araa 623 for one year (from the day following the expiry of the previous annual maintenance), - a solid edge classic license (se 320a-frn) for the benefit of the CEAM for one year (from the day following the expiry of the previous annual maintenance), - the remote assistance (hotline) (included in the maintenance) of the solid edge and QUADRISPACE software. - corrective and evolutionary maintenance, support of solid edge software and QUADRISPACE in 64 bits, for all licenses already acquired and planned for the market
