The procurement includes ongoing service, maintenance, repairs and annual inspection (when required) of equipment that can be designated catering equipment and white goods in Gislaved municipality and Gnosjö municipality. The assignment includes preventive or corrective maintenance of equipment and its accessories.

During the contract period, equipment will be added, lost or replaced. New machines added during the contract period are covered by warranty service from the machine supplier and are not directly covered by this agreement. These are added/transferred gradually as warranty commitments expire. The assignment includes checking the warranty period so that the transition takes place correctly.

Service of refrigeration and freezing units for commercial kitchens is part of a separate agreement.
