Expansion of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Dzierżoniów in terms of increasing its efficiency.

1) The subject of the contract for the task entitled "Extension of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Dzierżoniów" is the execution of construction works allowing to increase its efficiency from 37 500 p.e. to 47 600 p.e. The scope of the task includes, in particular, the performance of:

1.1) Sewage part:

a) Construction of the measuring chamber at the primary settling tank,

b) Reconstruction of the drainage channel at the initial settling tank,

c) Replacement of agitators in the Denitrification Chamber,

d) General construction renovation of the premises of the Sewage and Sludge Pumping Station Building,

e) Replacement of sewage pumps in sewage and sludge pumping stations,

f) Replacement of sludge pumps in sewage and sludge pumping stations,

g) Installation of macerators on the sludge supply to pumps,

h) Replacement of fittings in sewage and sludge pumping stations,

i) Replacement of sewage pumps in the nitrification chamber,

j) General construction renovation of the Blower Building,

k) Installation of dampers and sensors on the air pipeline in the Blower Building,

l) Demolition of the existing PIX station and construction of a new PIX station,

m) Renovation of concrete surfaces in the recirculated and excessive sludge pumping station,

(n) Replacement of over- and recirculated sludge pumps in the recirculated and excess sludge pumping station.

o) Installation of aeration valves on recirculated and excessive sludge pipelines,

p) General construction renovation Power generator building,

q) Replacement of the power generator,

r) Replacement of measuring sensors installed on the sewage path,

s) Replacement of the treated wastewater flow meter,

(t) Replacement of valves in chambers;

1.2. Sediary part:

a) Construction of a mechanical compaction station for mixed sludge,

b) Construction of an excessive sludge pipeline to the mechanical compaction station,

c) Reconstruction of the sludge installation inside the technological building;

1.3) Expansion / modernization / replacement of inter-facility pipelines;

1.4) Electricity supply and control and measurement systems and automation of new and reconstructed facilities and installations;

1.5) Commissioning of installations, training;

1.6) Preparation of a set of documents attached to the application for an occupancy permit, including in particular:

a) statement of the construction manager,

b) necessary test and verification protocols (including leak tests, electrical installation tests and I&C),

c) as-built inventory, together with the surveyor's information on the compliance of the building with the development project of the plot or area,

(d) copies of the drawings included in the approved construction project with changes and supplemented by a description (required in the case of non-substantial changes to the approved project or the terms of the building permit),

e) Statement on the lack of objections of the authorities listed in Article 56 of the Construction Law.

2) The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the current legal status, in particular taking into account the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in Part III of the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ).

4) The Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, however, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described is obliged to prove that the supplies / services / construction works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity.
