Kentalis wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the nationwide supply of ingredients and accessories for hot drinks with an initial term of two (2) years, with an optional extension of two (2) times one (1) year.

Ingredients and accessories for hot drinks means:

- coffee for the following 3 brewing systems: instant, quick filter grind, beans;

- the supply of cocoa,

- the supply of milk and sugar suitable for vending machines,

- the supply of tea bags;

- the supply of by-products, cups (until transition to crockery), stirrers, creamer stick, milk cups, sugar bags and sweets);

- Optional: filter coffee for the houses. This product is also purchased from another supplier.

The estimated contract value is €772,000 excluding VAT. for the intended duration + any extensions.
