The State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Regional Council of Karlsruhe, Department 5 Environment, State Water Authority (client) intends to

the delivery and cleaning of rental clothing as well as the cleaning of our own protective clothing for the hydraulic engineering workers of the State Water Authority

as a contract. Further details can be found in these tender conditions and the accompanying tender specifications in accordance with Appendix 1.

The award of contracts is governed by the Act against Restraints of Competition Part 4 (GWB) and the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (VgV). The tender will be carried out throughout Europe as part of an open procedure.

Tenders are issued for the supply and cleaning of rental clothing (workwear) for 1XX employees on a regular basis (deviations in the number of employees during the duration of the contract extend to the usual termination of employment contracts as well as new recruitments) as well as the cleaning of the company's own protective clothing (weather protection and cut protection) as required.

Necessary repairs of the garments delivered for cleaning are also included in the contract.
