This contract covers the artistic consultancy, creation, adaptation and graphic execution of all of the CNC's communication media. It is divided into three lots: - lot 1: Consulting, creation and graphic adaptation of all communication media (publications, pdf, signage, etc.); - Lot 2: Graphic execution of all communication media (official bulletins, diplomas, etc.): - Lot 3: Creation and graphic adaptation of digital media (web, social networks, emailing, etc.)

Lot 1 includes all graphic services, all communication media that involve artistic advice, creative and adaptation work. The holder must be able to carry out, at the request of the CNC, the design and composition of the supports, or an adaptation of an existing support

This is the graphic execution of certain communication publications whose graphic principle is already created and sometimes recurring, and to respond to an internal demand. This service does not require any specific graphic design: official bulletins of the CNC, brochure presenting professional schemes, school system assessment, mediator report, etc

Lot 3 includes all graphic services for digital communication media. The holder must be able to carry out, at the request of the CNC, the design and composition of the supports, or an adaptation of an existing support
