4.1. The subject of the Order is the successive supply of medicinal products for the needs of the wards of the Bytowski County Hospital Sp. z o.o., on the basis of a framework agreement, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and absolute requirements specified in the price form - Appendix No. 1 A – I to the Terms of Reference. Appendix 1 A to I also specifies the approximate quantity of medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged to order supplies for the value of at least 10% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Agreement.
