1. The title shall include the provision of the following services in two lots:

A) Part I of the contract (Collection and management of municipal waste collected from the area of the municipality of Sierakowice).

B) Part II of the contract (operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point)

The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services:

1.1 collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sierakowice Commune;

1.2 collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on uninhabited properties on which public administration, education and culture services are continuously carried out, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sierakowice Commune;

1.3 collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where summer cottages are located, or other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sierakowice Commune;

1.4 collection and management of municipal waste collected from street bins and bulk waste from public places in the Sierakowice Commune;

1.5 collecting and disposing of carcasses of homeless animals or animals killed as a result of road collisions from the Sierakowice Commune;

The subject of the contract is the provision of the following services:

1.1 collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected at the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, at 2a Brzozowa Street in Sierakowice, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK;

1.2 operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, 2a Brzozowa Street in Sierakowice.
