The general aim of the contracts to be signed as a result of this interinstitutional procurement for the GSA is the provision of support activities at the GSA Headquarters in Prague, GSA office in Toulouse, GSMC France and GSMC Spain, the Galileo Service Centre in Madrid, the Galileo Reference Centre in Noordwijk, the Galileo Control Centres in Germany and Italy, and for the European Commission in Brussels as additional contracting authority for support of security issues related to the European GNSS Programmes (Galileo and EGNOS) and general issues for the future European space programme, EUSPA.
The subject matter of this lot is the provision of support services to the GSMC concerning site engineering, procurement of non-specific IT systems, the implementation of the security environment, internal GSMC projects management, administration, logistics support organisation, the improvement of the Agency’s internal processes and quality assurance.
The required support in particular relates the hosting infrastructure, the management of Facility Management Services (FMS), the support to procurement of non-specific IT systems, the implementation of the security environment, internal GSMC projects management, administration, logistics support organisation, the improvement of the Agency’s internal processes and quality assurance.
The subject matter of this Lot may include schedule management, cost management, risk management, reporting, project support, review management, asset management, and configuration and document management for the GSA and for the European Commission, which also acts as contracting authority for certain tasks of this Lot.
The subject matter of this Lot may include market development support to core tasks; support to user uptake and user coordination; provision of operational support to implementation of activities delegated from the European Commission to EUSPA in the area of User Uptake and Coordination in Copernicus and GovSatcom; development of downstream activities; development of innovative and competitive EU space sector; and, market development support requiring access to PRS information for the GSA and for the European Commission, which also acts as contracting authority for certain tasks of this Lot.
The subject matter of this Lot is the provision of support to the GSMC in its primary and future missions, in particular security monitoring and the service interface for the access to the Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS).
The required support in particular relates to security monitoring and the service interface for the access to the Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS). This support will deal with the preparation and improvement of the GSMC operations, from the elicitation of operational and service needs and up to the training of the GSA operators and directly supporting some of those operations. This will encompass the support to build-up the accreditation file, as well as the missions-related engineering, product assurance and ILS support related to the equipment dedicated to GSMC’s missions.
The subject matter of this Lot is the provision of both generic security support and space-specific security support for the GSA Security Department.
The required support in particular relates to Galileo services security, to Galileo Public Regulated Service (PRS) and to Security Accreditation Preparation.
The subject matter of this is the provision of both generic security support and space-specific security support for the GSA Security Department and for the European Commission, which also acts as contracting authority for certain tasks of this Lot.
The required support relates to security activities for EGNOS and other space programmes such as GOVSATCOM, COPERNICUS, Space Situational Awareness (SSA) as well as other space activities and activities related security support to defence, quantum and general security activities. Additionally, support by a contractor with experience in implementation of cyber security managements frameworks in safety critical systems, particularly in civil aviation security is sought. Further sought is support to the establishment of the European Commission crisis management organisation, which could include definition and validation of Business Continuity Plans and associated crisis communication plan.
The subject matter of this Lot is the provision of both generic security support and space-specific security support for the GSA Security Department.
The required support relates to COMSEC Distribution Authority, support to security documentation management and support to training on security matters.
The subject matter of this Lot may include service engineering and mission management support, support to European space programmes evolutions, certification engineering support to European space programmes, standardisation support, service performance support for European space programmes for the GSA and and for the European Commission, which also acts as contracting authority for certain tasks of this Lot.
The subject matter of this Lot may include service facilities engineering support, Ground Segment engineering support, support to GSA System Engineering Activities, and Space Segment engineering support.
The subject matter of this Lot may include Space Segment maintenance support, European space programmes service preparation, service provision and operations support, EGNOS export & international developments, Ground Segment maintenance and deployment support, Space programmes telecommunication network support, and site infrastructure hosting support for European space programmes.
The subject matter of this Lot may include Product Assurance (PA), Quality Assurance (QA) & Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAMS) support.
