Procurement and implementation of a new CAFM software for the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) including service and software maintenance.

BVG currently uses a CAFM solution in the area of space and occupancy management in the company. This system is a system that has reached the end of its life cycle after 17 years.

In this context, the BVG initiated a tender for a CAFM system with further requirements. For this purpose, the current processes required were recorded, as well as other functional and technical requirements with interfaces to facility management from the various departments. The results were analyzed and summarized in a specification sheet for this tender.

The focus is on the following modules certified according to GEFMA 444:

─ Space and occupancy management,

─ Relocation management and

─ cleaning management.

This tender is looking for CAFM software that delivers standard software and integrates itself into the BVG's IT environment and configures and adapts the corresponding requirements from the specifications. A migration from the existing data must also be carried out.
