Oracle Software Support, Maintenance, and Consulting Services

The subject of the contract is the guarantee by the Contractor of the provision by the Manufacturer to the Ordering Party of Technical Support for Software, Consulting Support and Hardware Support at the "Premier Support" level.

The subject of the contract is the guarantee by the Contractor of the provision by the Manufacturer to the Ordering Party of Technical Support for Software, Consulting Support and Hardware Support at the "Premier Support" level. The basic objective is to provide the Ordering Party with the possibility of trouble-free (free of defects) and optimal for the Ordering Party to use the Software and Hardware performing all the functions provided for this Software and Hardware and to use the Consulting Support throughout the duration of the contract - from the date of conclusion of the contract until 30 September 2024.

The Technical Support will include:

1) access to the https://support.oracle.com portal by providing a Support Identifier enabling: Reporting problems (Service Request) in Polish and English for Oracle products covered by Premier Support and Extended Support;

2) Access to the Knowledge Base;

3) Pobieranie poprawek i aktualizacji (Patches and Updates);

4) Usługi Software Update License & Support (SULS);

5) Access to telephone technical support in Polish on business days between 8.00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.;

6) Providing services dedicated to consulting support of the software manufacturer.
