Annual and Reactive Maintenance to Gas Heating installations (various boiler types, including back boilers and fire fronts) for a 2-year period commencing 1.1.2019 until 31.3.2021, with the possibility of further yearly extensions to the contract, up to a maximum of 3 additional years.

It is Knowes Housing and Faifley Housing Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their annual inspections and reactive maintenance works to gas systems for a 2 year period. The contract is to be let for a 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 3 years on a yearly basis based on the Contractor's performance against KPIs.
