Through this tender SANDETEL intends to contract the necessary works for a technical office specialized in Health and Consumption.

The works within the scope of this specification will be roughly as:

• Definition of the requirements management model, definition of the monitoring and control of the same and tests and reviews of deliveries

• Support in the definition of analysis procedures and definition of test plans.

• Analysis management.

• Support in change management and definition of affected procedures.

• Support in the review of valuations, definition of valuation model.

• Location and definition of interested parties.

• Development of content for the implementation of training, information and publicity of projects and training, analysis reports ...

• Information Systems Administration.

• Any other service that supports the Project Management in the areas of Requirements, Analysis, Change and Valuations
