The object of the contract is the contracting of the managed service of renewal, maintenance and support for the operation and exploitation of the business support infrastructure, basically storage and servers, to guarantee the availability of the supported services. RTVM intends to maintain the current model, that is, to have a single service, whose main objective is to manage and execute the necessary works to ensure the correct functioning and evolution of the infrastructure, processes and systems considered.
