The Municipality of Eura (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Entity”) shall request an offer, in accordance with the procurement notice published in the Hair Declaration and its Annexes, for a comprehensive hosting service with support services and for the production of a rental service for residential apartments and properties (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

The competition of the acquisition is responsible for the municipality of Eura. In addition to the municipality of Eura, the acquisition will involve Real Estate Oy Kauttuanpuisto and Asunto Oy Petrinpuisto (hereinafter referred to as “contracting entities” or “subscriber”). Contracting entities shall make their own, separate procurement decisions and contracts.

In connection with the acquisition, two (2) persons employed by the Kauttuanpark service, the technical supervisor and the resident/rental manager shall be transferred to the service provider. (The bidder has access to additional information about transitioning persons against a separate confidentiality commitment.)

The procurement is not divided into sections because the service set in question is most cost-effective to organize with a single service provider. Alternative offers are not allowed. Parallel bids are not allowed either.

On the basis of the invitation to tender, one (1) total responsible service provider is selected.

The service provider to choose may also be a conglomerate formed by those offered.

The object and objective of the acquisition are described in more detail in Annex 1 (Description of the acquisition object). The requirements are further detailed in Annex 2 (Tender Form).

The financial statements of Real Estate Oy Kauttuanpuisto and Ato Oy Petrinpuisto are Annexed 1.1 and 1.2 to the call for tender.

The tenderer receives other tender documents classified as secret against a separate commitment of secrecy and secrecy. Further instructions are indicated at the end of this notice in the section: "Other matters”.
