Delivery of 8 stationary power generators meeting the technical requirements included in the standard technical specification PSE-ST. Aggregate/2022 "Power generators" (Annex 1 to OPZ) together with the casing (container, factory external casing) and accessories (m.in. loadload, SOT and SSP elements, cables) for powering own needs devices installed in SE.
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 8 stationary power generators meeting the technical requirements included in the standard technical specification PSE-ST. Aggregate/2022 "Power generators" (Annex 1 to OPZ) together with the casing (container, factory external casing) and accessories (m.in. loadload, SOT and SSP elements, cables) for powering own needs devices installed in SE.

3. Every time, in all cases where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and (3) of the Ordering Act permits solutions equivalent to the described if they allow to obtain characteristics or parameters no worse than those recalled. The above means that the Contractor may apply the solutions described by the Contracting Authority “or equivalent”.
4. Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the Act, a Contractor who invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies offered by the Ordering Party meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the tender, in particular by means of the means of proof referred to in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
5. regarding: section II.2.7) Announcements. Deadline for the contract: no longer than until 19.04.2024, from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, taking into account the intermediate deadlines indicated in the table in point 4.4 OPZ (cz. II. SWZ). The Contracting Authority explains that in the public procurement procedure in question it is not possible to set a deadline in days, weeks, months or years in accordance with Article 436(1) of the Public Procurement Law. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that the starting date indicated in section II.2.7) of the Announcement: 15.12.2023. Due to the parameters of this section, it is the estimated date of commencement of the contract.
