The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the area of the Kłodawa commune. The scope of the contract includes the collection of an unlimited amount of municipal waste from all properties inhabited in the Kłodawa Municipality. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the Specification of The Terms and Conditions of the Contract (SWZ).

1) The subject of the order is:

a) collection of municipal waste, in accordance with the catalogue of waste from groups 15, 20, from property owners residing in the municipality of Kłodawa, consisting in the provision of the service of emptying containers / containers of a certain capacity regardless of the weight of waste in this container / container, divided into the following fractions: paper; glass; metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste; bio-waste; non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; ash. In multi-apartment buildings, they can be in containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal rubble or repair and construction waste. In this case, there is an obligation to empty the container / container - the contractor must provide that the emptying of containers / containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste can be carried out by such vehicles as hooklifts or gantries.

b) providing bags intended for selective collection and collection of municipal waste collected in single-family buildings according to the following scheme: paper – approx. 800 pcs./month; glass – approx. 3,000 pcs./month; metals, plastics and multi-material packaging waste – approx. 7,000 pcs./month; bio-waste – approx. 3,000 pcs./month. The bags should be adapted to the received assortment, i.e. bags with a capacity of 120 liters and with an appropriate density, including glass with a density of at least 60 microns.

c) the subject of the contract does not include the delivery of containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and ash to owners of single-family real estate. The Contractor may offer and deliver its container to the interested owners of the above-mentioned property on the basis of a separate agreement. In addition, the contractor is obliged to provide property owners (single-family and multi-apartment) with containers / containers intended for municipal waste in the event of destruction or damage to the container / container due to the fault of the contractor. In this case, the contractor is obliged to deliver, adequate to the damaged container / container and transfer to the property of the property owner. On the other hand, the contractor is obliged to provide appropriately marked containers / containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, ash and bio-waste in municipal waste collection points, located on the property with built-up multi-apartment residential buildings, in the following quantities:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste:

• FLD container with capacity. 5 000 l – 6 pcs.,

• FLD container with capacity. 7 000 l – 6 pcs.,

• container with a capacity of 1 100 l – 95 pcs.,

• container with a capacity of 120 l – 23 pcs.

-ash:

• container with a capacity of 1 100 l – 8 pcs.,

• container with a capacity of 120 l – 13 pcs.

- bioodpady:

• container with a capacity of 1 100 l – 23 pcs.,

• container with a capacity of 240 l – 1 pc,,

• container with a capacity of 120 l – 13 pcs.

The Contractor is obliged to equip the property with built-up multi-apartment residential buildings with the necessary containers / containers before starting to provide the service under the contract. Containers/containers the contractor will set

in places indicated by the ordering party. Before concluding a contract for the collection of municipal waste, the contracting authority shall provide the contractor with a detailed list of current places where the containers are placed. During the performance of the contract, the contracting authority reserves the right for the contractor to retrofit waste collection sites with additional containers / containers in an amount not exceeding 10 pieces. In addition, the contractor will equip the waste collection points newly notified by the contracting authority with the necessary containers / containers, at the latest within 2 working days.

d) transport of all fractions of waste to Miejskie Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Komunalnymi Sp. z o.o., Sulańska 13, 62 – 510 Konin.
